Oh Hay!

Thanks for swinging by. For today's card I wanted to try a "Bendy card" that I found on the Silhouette Online Store made by Samantha Walker, design id #53893.Just a quick note, I had to lower the height of the hill and fence and move the slots a little further out to create less of a bend to the card.

I knew as soon as I saw the fence I wanted to pair it with the super cute Cutie Kadoodle horse from Kadoodle Bug Designs.com
Horse can be found here:

Aren't all the files listed above the cutest? Highly encourage you to play with these files and post your results. I would love to see them.

The tree for this card came from my favorite tree die, Memory Box Grand Oak Tree and sprayed with adhesive glue, topped off with Flower Soft, Vintage Christmas.

Sentiment on the cloud came from Jaded Blossom's Udderly Adorable stamp.

Hope this inspires you to be creatively crafty.

Have a scrappy day

Panda shadowbox

Thanks for stopping by.

Ever since I saw the bamboo shadow box in the Silhouette store I just knew I needed to create something spectacular with it.
Kadoodle Bug Designs, Cutie Kadoodle Panda,  gave me just the right idea.

The panda can be found here:

I had to make to make the panda just slightly bigger so she could fit into the frame naturally and added the green bamboo to the bamboo shadow box.

Notice my cute little panda eyes? Again, for this panda I used another set of false eyelashes to get her eyes to stand out and am absolutely thrilled with the way they turned out. Highly encourage you to play with false eyelashes :-D

Stamp sentiment came from Scrappy Mom Stamps called Animal Antics and the cutout for the sentiment came from Jaded Blossom labeled Banner dies.

Stinkin Sweet Thanks

Aloha everyone,
Thanks for stopping by and visiting my blog. Today I want to share with you a personal thank you card I made for a family member.
For this card I used the super cute Kadoodle Skunk found here:

The card was made using my Sizzix die and this die is just so versatile and I just love how it folds flat.
In case your wondering, the die is called a Flip Its and Stands Up. There is quite a bit in this selection and can be found at your local craft store.

Because the skunk is already in such dark colors I really wanted to emphasize on her eyes and to do that I used false eyelashes. I just love the way her eyes turned out.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a crafty day.

Isn't this file so adorable?

To make this thank you card I used a circle card base found here:

The background doily came from the Silhouette Online Store and is named floral doily.

Hope you have a scrappy day.

Let Your Imagination Take Flight

Hi there,

I am so excited to have been invited to be the newest DT member of the fabulous Kadoodle Bug Team. It is a pleasure and an honor.

For my very first ever DT project I decided to go with an oldie but cutie, Cutie Kadoodles Unicorn found here: http://kadoodlebugdesigns.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=55&products_id=754.

While your there take advantage of the super sale going on for the 4th of July. Hurry, this sale ends Monday, July 6.

To create the furry unicorn look I used mulberry paper. I just love the way this came out! Slogan stamp is from Jaded Blossom and the rainbow box came from the  Silhouette store.
I thought the stamp was very fitting for this occasion and just goes to show that with your imagination you are bound to go places.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my project. Please feel free to leave a comment or questions. I would love to read what you have to say.
